Our Suites, Luxury Suites and Residences include kitchen facilities. The Rooms are designed as a simpler room-format stay and include a small refrigerator instead.
Our Suites offer either a private terrace or secluded balcony, the Luxury Suites have screened private terraces, and the Residences have private terraces. The Rooms do not have private outdoor space.
Our Suites are open-plan, while our Residences offer separate sleeping and living areas for a more residential style of stay.
Our Luxury Suites combine Swahili-inspired finishing and carved detailing with enhanced kitchens and bathrooms, dual rainfall showers and screened private terraces.
Yes. Every Tamani stay includes a private en-suite bathroom and rainfall shower.
Both give you your own outdoor space. Private terraces connect more directly with the surrounding gardens, while our secluded balconies offer a more elevated and enclosed outdoor setting.

Yes. A rainfall shower is part of the Tamani Essentials included with every stay.
The Tanzanite Luxury Suite includes a freestanding bathtub, the Ebony Room has a bathtub in addition to its rainfall shower, and one of the two en-suite bathrooms in the Platinum Residence also includes a bathtub.
The Emerald Suite, Gold Residence and Platinum Residence all provide direct access to The Sanctuary from their private terrace.
Yes. Different Suites offer different outdoor configurations. Some have secluded balconies while others have private terraces.
The Pearl Suite has the most secluded balcony and the highest level of outdoor privacy within the Contemporary Suite Collection.
The Ruby Suite occupies a corner position and offers an almost 270-degree outlook across the forest, The Sanctuary and the surrounding gardens.
Emerald and Sapphire are the two largest Contemporary Suites at 45 m². Emerald has direct access to The Sanctuary, while Sapphire combines its size with a secluded balcony.
The Opal Suite is the most compact Contemporary Suite at 32 m² while still offering a private terrace and the full Suite Collection specification.
The Platinum Residence is Tamani’s largest option at 90 m², with two fully en-suite bedrooms, a separate living area and space for up to six adults.
Yes. Both Residences include a sofa bed or additional sleeping facility for greater flexibility.
Yes. Both bedrooms in the Platinum Residence are fully en-suite.
